^^^^  How I feel....sadly, NOT how I look....

I was a bit bummed out to find no more interest in the Justina Pelletier case here on dA than I did.  In a nutshell from myfoxboston:  "Pelletier was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease years ago – a condition causing muscle pain and weakness. Then, almost a year ago, she was admitted to Children's with the flu.

At the hospital, her parents say a different set of doctors diagnosed her with "somatoform disorder," in short, saying she suffered from a mental illness, not mitochondrial disease, and that her symptoms were psychologically induced. The hospital took her off all of her medications, Lou Pelletier said.

When her parents reportedly disagreed and asked for a second opinion, they lost custody of their daughter. DCF was called in after just four days. The parents haven't had custody since last February."

And recently the State of Massachusetts has been awarded PERMANENT custody of her!  Apparently they got all butthurt over the parents getting upset that they had KIDNAPPED THEIR DAUGHTER and WITHHELD MEDICAL CARE from her!

Unelected, malevolent and/or brainless bureaucrats are a cancer on this country, preying on people like the Pelletiers at will.  And there are so, so many other cases out there that don't "go viral" and justice is NEVER served.  And as the Pelletier case shows, even when a good portion of the country (at least those awake and wise enough not to trust the mainstream media for their news) is calling for their heads, the bureaucrats sometimes still refuse to budge.

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE.

People banding together CAN make a difference!!!!  Check out the case of Adrionna Harris, Middle School student.  www.libertynews.com/2014/03/vi…

Stops classmate from cutting himself with razor.  Took the razor and threw it away.  Shitheads at the school suspend her for violating the weapons policy.  Story goes viral, people raise hell, SHITHEADS FORCED TO RELENT!

In a rather local story, a kid was bullied for carrying a "My Little Pony" backpack.  Rather than punish the bullies, the school punished the victim by telling him he couldn't bring the backpack!  The Brony found an unlikely but fierce ally in Glenn Beck, and the school is forced to find a better solution than "blame the victim." www.usatoday.com/story/news/na…

There needs to be a website or something dedicated to helping people spread the word to the world about all manner of incidents where bureaucrats abuse people, bringing the wrath of the country down on the bastards.  There's no guarantee it'll work 100% of the time, but it's been shown to be pretty darn effective.  May as well use the "information age" for something productive...

Well the sad part is, the people make that kind of response from the system come to existence, without know what they are doing, and then sadly they see themselves victims of what they brought to life. So much is been uncovered lately, unfortunately in the hard way.

The first case is just insane, that was definitely a kidnapping. And wtf, you can't just say that someone with a physical illness has mental issues. But sadly, this is also happening in Denmark, where thousands of people have been diagnosed with mental problems when they in reality 'only' have a physical illness.
